Terms of Service

Effective date: October 5, 2026 · Last updated: October 5, 2026

Provider: Pinpoint Soccer LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company · 1209 Mountain Road PL NE STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110

1. Agreement and who it is with

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between Pinpoint Soccer LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Pinpoint Soccer,” “we,” “us”) and the parent or legal guardian who contacts us or purchases a service (“Parent,” “you”) on behalf of themselves and the minor player (“Player”). They apply to your use of pinpointsoccer.com (the “Website”) and to the coaching services we sell. By checking the confirmation box on our contact form, purchasing a plan, or enrolling a Player in the Preseason Bootcamp, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Pinpoint Soccer is based in New Mexico and offers the services online to families throughout the United States only.

Use of the Pinpoint Soccer training platform (our web application) is also governed by the platform’s own Terms of Service: https://app.pinpointsoccer.com/terms.

2. Eligibility; Parent-only

  • Only a Parent may contact us through the Website, purchase, and communicate with us. You must be at least 18 and be the parent or legal guardian of the Player, with legal authority to bind the Player. By checking the confirmation box on our contact form you confirm that you are 18 or older and the Player’s parent or legal guardian.
  • No minors. No person under 18 may accept these Terms, purchase, or message us. Players who are minors do not have accounts or logins, and we do not communicate directly with them — our coach communicates with the Parent. The minimum Player age is 8.
  • The Parent provides the Player’s information. Please do not have the Player fill in forms, submit videos, or write to us.
  • If we learn that a person under 18 purchased or contacted us on their own, we may disregard the request and delete the information, and will notify the Parent where we can.
  • You agree to provide accurate information (including the Player’s age, position, level, and club) and to keep it current.

3. The services

We offer three plans — Base ($249 for a 30-day period), Performance ($449 for a 30-day period), and Elite ($849 for a 30-day period) — each combining (a) goal-setting mentorship, (b) written training-task analysis, and (c) written match analysis at a cadence that depends on the plan: Base includes one coaching cycle every 30 days; Performance includes two cycles per 30 days (one every 15 days); Elite includes four cycles per 30 days (weekly). We also offer a one-time Preseason Bootcamp. Deliverables, cadence, and features are as described on pinpointsoccer.com at the time of purchase. We may improve or change features; if we materially reduce what a paid plan includes, we will notify active clients in advance.

Free introductory call. A no-charge live video call with the Parent to discuss the Player’s needs, with no obligation to purchase.

4. Plans and payment

  • Plans and prices. Each plan is a single payment for a 30-day period (Base $249, Performance $449, Elite $849, plus any applicable tax). Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy another plan.
  • Refunds. Duplicate charges and charges made in error are refunded. To request a refund, email info@pinpointsoccer.com from the purchaser’s email address or use Whop’s Request Refund option (Orders → Request Refund). Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable law or against your card issuer.
  • Payments. Payments are processed through Whop and its payment partners, under Whop’s own terms and privacy policy; we do not receive or store your card number. These Terms require the purchaser to be the Player’s Parent or legal guardian, aged 18 or older.

5. Preseason Bootcamp

A one-time purchase for a fixed-duration program, as described to you before you purchase. It is a single payment and is not a recurring charge.

6. Physical and in-person activities; health

Our core service is remote. Any in-person session requires a separate signed Assumption of Risk and Release from the Parent. Soccer training involves physical exertion and risk of injury. Consult a physician before the Player begins, and stop and seek medical advice if the Player experiences pain, dizziness, or other symptoms. Pinpoint Soccer coaches provide athletic coaching, not medical or physiotherapy advice.

7. Communication, safety, and conduct

  • Communication takes place between the coach and the Parent: by email, in the Pinpoint Soccer platform, and on scheduled video calls with the Parent. We do not exchange messages with Players, and we ask that families not move conversations to private social-media or personal messaging.
  • We may suspend or end access for any conduct that endangers the safety of a minor, harasses others, or violates these Terms. We may report suspected abuse or endangerment to the authorities as required or permitted by law.
  • Acceptable use: do not misuse the contact form (for example, to send spam or unlawful content), attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Website, scrape or reverse-engineer it, or use the services for anything other than the Player’s personal training.

8. Your content; video and image

  • You keep ownership of the videos and content you share on the Player’s behalf. You confirm that you are the Player’s parent or legal guardian and have the right to share the Player’s image and voice for this purpose. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use it solely to provide the coaching service to that Player (review, analysis, reports).
  • We will not use a Player’s name, image, voice, video, results, or testimonial in marketing, on social media, or on our website without a separate written authorization from the Parent. Withholding authorization has no effect on the services.
  • Recording of calls: we will not record a live call without telling you first and getting a Parent’s consent.

9. Intellectual property

The training methodology, task library, written analyses, reports, software, logos, and website content belong to Pinpoint Soccer or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use by the Parent and Player only. Do not copy, resell, publish, or share them.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we protect it, including how we handle information about Players who are children. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under it. Our Cookie Notice describes what the Website does and does not store in your browser.

11. No guarantee of results

We provide professional coaching and analysis. Individual results depend on the Player’s effort, health, opportunity, and many other factors. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as making a team, playing time, a scholarship, a college offer, a professional contract, or a specific rating.

12. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties other than those that cannot be excluded. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website or the platform.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or conduct described in Section 7. On termination, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy (retention and deletion).

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this Section removes or limits any right, protection, or remedy that you have under the consumer-protection, privacy, or minors’ laws of the state where you live, to the extent those laws cannot be waived or changed by contract.

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us at info@pinpointsoccer.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. This does not limit your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or to contact a government consumer-protection agency.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify active clients by email in advance; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

17. General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any signed waiver or release are the entire agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in a merger or sale. Notices may be sent to the email you gave us.
