Privacy Policy
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Pinpoint Soccer LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Pinpoint Soccer,” “we,” “us”), a company based in New Mexico that serves families throughout the United States, collects, uses, shares, and protects information through pinpointsoccer.com (the “Website”), including the contact form on it, and the emails and calls that follow from a contact-form request.
This policy covers the Website only. The Pinpoint Soccer training platform (our web application, where coaching, video feedback, chat, and progress reports are delivered) has its own Privacy Policy: https://app.pinpointsoccer.com/privacy.

Pinpoint Soccer coaches young players, but our services are offered to parents and legal guardians, not to children. Only a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older (“Parent”) may contact us through the Website, purchase, and communicate with us; the Parent is our customer and the person we look to for consent and privacy decisions. The young person who receives coaching is the “Player.” Players who are minors do not have accounts and do not communicate directly with the coach. The minimum age to enroll as a Player is 8 years old. Section 8 explains how we handle information about Players who are children.
2. Summary
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising.
- The Website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or social-media trackers. See our Cookie Notice.
- The Website has a contact form and nothing else that collects personal information: no accounts, no payments, no newsletter sign-up.
- Parent-only service: the contact form is for parents and legal guardians (18 or older); we do not collect information directly from children (see Section 8).
- A Parent may ask us to review, correct, or delete their Player’s information by emailing info@pinpointsoccer.com (see Section 9).
- We keep data only as long as needed (see Section 10).
3. Information we collect
3.1 Through the Website contact form
The form asks for these items, and only these: the Parent’s full name and email address (both required), the Player’s age and playing position (optional), the plan of interest (a choice from a list), and a message (optional). To send the form you must also tick a box confirming that you are the Player’s parent or legal guardian, aged 18 or older, and that you have read this Privacy Policy; the email we receive records that confirmation and the date and time of the submission.
The form must be completed by a Parent or other adult (18+), not by a child. Please do not enter the Player’s last name, phone number, address, school, or photos — we only need the Player’s age and position to prepare for your call.
What happens to a submission. When you submit the form, the Website’s server sends us an email at info@pinpointsoccer.com containing the items above. The email is sent through our hosting provider’s email system (Hostinger), using an open-source mail library (PHPMailer) that runs on our own hosting account. The Website does not save form submissions in a database or in files on the Website’s server: the message exists as an email in our business mailbox, which Hostinger hosts. If sending fails, the form tells you so and nothing is saved.
3.2 Collected automatically
- Server logs. Our web host (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date/time) for security and reliability, under its own policies. Our Website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
- Anti-spam and rate limiting on the contact form. To stop automated abuse, the Website’s server keeps a short-lived counter for each visitor who submits the form. The counter is identified by a one-way hash of the visitor’s IP address (the IP address itself is not stored in readable form) and holds only timestamps of recent submissions, never any form content. It is used only to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time, and only the last hour of activity is counted. The form also contains a hidden field that people do not see; automated bots tend to fill it in, and a submission that fills it is discarded.
- Fonts and other resources. Our fonts, images, and scripts are served from our own domain. The Website does not load third-party scripts, fonts, or widgets.
- Hosting network. The Website is delivered through Hostinger’s hosting infrastructure, which includes a content delivery network (CDN). We do not control what technical request data (such as IP address) that infrastructure processes; that is governed by Hostinger’s own privacy policy.
3.3 Emails you send us directly
If you email info@pinpointsoccer.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write. Please do not include the Player’s last name, contact details, school, or photos.
3.4 What the Website does NOT collect
The Website has no user accounts and takes no payments, so it collects no passwords and no card or billing details. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools on the Website. We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or biometric identifiers. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry from the Website form and to schedule the free introductory call.
- To keep the Website safe: prevent spam and abuse and protect the contact form.
- To comply with the law and to protect the safety of minors.
We do not add contact-form submissions to any marketing list. We send marketing emails to Parents only if they have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law, each with a working unsubscribe link and our postal address. We do not use Player information for third-party advertising, and we do not use Players’ videos, images, or names in our marketing without a separate written authorization from the Parent.
If you become a client, the information you provide as a client (including through the Pinpoint Soccer platform) is covered by the platform’s Privacy Policy.
5. Who we share information with
We share information collected through the Website only as described below.
| Recipient | Why | Data |
|---|---|---|
| Our coach(es) and authorized staff | To reply to you and schedule your call | Contact-form information |
| Hostinger | Website hosting and business email delivery | Contact-form emails, server logs |
| Professional advisers, insurers, and law enforcement | Legal advice, legal obligations, protecting a minor’s safety | As needed and permitted by law |
| A buyer or successor | If Pinpoint Soccer is sold or merged | Transferred subject to this policy |
These providers process information on our behalf to operate the Website and our email. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
Information about children and third parties: we will not disclose information about a Player who is a child to third parties other than those needed to operate the service (as listed above) without a separate authorization from the Parent.
6. Payments
The Website itself does not take payments. Our plans and the Preseason Bootcamp are purchased through Whop, a separate payment platform. Card and billing details are collected and processed by Whop and its payment partners, not by us; we do not receive or store full card numbers. The purchaser (the Parent) is also subject to Whop’s own terms and privacy policy. From Whop we receive confirmation of the purchase and the purchaser’s contact details. Please do not enter the Player’s information in Whop fields or order notes.
7. Communications and marketing
We use your contact details to reply to you. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days (we aim for immediately). We do not send text messages today. We do not send marketing to children; all communications, including marketing, are addressed to Parents.
8. Children’s information — for Parents
Our service is for Parents. Pinpoint Soccer is offered to parents and legal guardians who want individual soccer coaching for their child. Only a Parent aged 18 or older may contact us through the Website, purchase, and communicate with us. We do not offer accounts to children, and our coach does not communicate directly with Players. The minimum Player age is 8 years old; we do not knowingly coach children younger than 8.
Information about the Player comes from the Parent. Through the Website, that is only the Player’s age and position (and anything the Parent chooses to write in the message). We use it only to reply to the Parent and prepare the free call. We do not use it for advertising, for profiling for advertising, or for any unrelated purpose, and we do not sell it.
We do not collect information directly from children. We do not ask children to give us their contact details or to send us messages. Please do not let a child submit the contact form or write to us; the Parent does that. Our Website contact form is for adults only.
If a child contacts us on their own. If we learn that a child (or any person under 18) sent us personal information through the Website without a Parent’s involvement, we will disregard the submission and delete the information promptly, and we will tell the Parent where we are able to reach them. If you believe this has happened, contact info@pinpointsoccer.com.
Parent’s rights over the Player’s information. A Parent may at any time: (a) review the information we hold about their child; (b) ask us to correct or delete it; (c) refuse further collection or use; and (d) withdraw their authorizations. Contact info@pinpointsoccer.com. We will confirm that the request comes from the Parent before releasing or deleting a child’s information. Withdrawing or asking for deletion may end the service.
Sharing. We share information about a Player only with the providers listed in Section 5 that help us operate the Website and our email, and with others only with the Parent’s separate authorization or where the law permits.
Players aged 13–17. The same Parent-only model applies: the Parent provides the Player’s information and communicates with us. We do not sell or share Players’ personal information for targeted advertising. A teenager may not use the contact form on their own.
Retention and security. We keep information about a Player only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, then delete it securely — see Sections 10 and 11.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know/access the personal information we hold; correct it; delete it; obtain a portable copy (export); opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising or certain profiling; and not be discriminated against for exercising rights. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states provide some or all of these rights, often subject to size thresholds. As a matter of policy we offer these rights to all Parents regardless of state, on behalf of themselves and their Player.
How to make a request: email info@pinpointsoccer.com. We handle requests by email. We will verify your identity (for example, by asking you to confirm from the email address you used) and respond within the time required by applicable law. If we refuse, you may appeal by replying to our decision; you may also contact your state attorney general. You may use an authorized agent with written permission.
Sale/sharing and Do Not Track. We do not sell or share personal information. Our Website does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” signals because it does not track visitors across sites; we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request if it were ever relevant.

10. Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, then delete or de-identify it.
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Website contact-form email that does not become a client | Deleted after 12 months if no client relationship |
| Anti-abuse counters (hashed IP identifier and timestamps) | Only the last hour of activity is counted; the counters sit in the server’s temporary storage, which our host manages |
| Server logs | Kept by Hostinger under its own retention rules, which we do not control |
11. Security
We use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to authorized staff, and rate limiting and anti-spam protection on the contact form. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
12. International visitors
Pinpoint Soccer is based in New Mexico and serves families in the United States. Our services are not offered to residents of the EU/UK/other jurisdictions.
13. Third-party sites
Links to Instagram, TikTok, and other sites are governed by those companies’ privacy policies. We do not embed their tracking widgets on our Website.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will give active clients advance notice by email, and for changes to how we handle information about children we will ask the Parent to accept the new version where required. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
